Tim and Kallie serve as Field Staff in Bolivia as members of the Latin America team. They work with CBM’s partner, the Bolivian Baptist Union (UBB), its development arm OBADES, and its seminary (STB) to build and support effective ministries. This includes helping communities through sustainable development, healthcare initiatives, and environmental stewardship, with a desire to see local churches actively serving in holistic mission. They’re also active in theological education supporting seminary students and leadership formation.

They both enjoy pursuing education having studied theology, history, information science, and international development. Kallie recently completed an M.A. in Theology through Acadia Divinity College and Tim is currently a doctoral candidate at McMaster Divinity College, investigating the integration of mission and community development.

Originally from Saskatchewan, Tim and Kallie have a young daughter, Malena, who keeps them active. They enjoy travelling both Bolivia and beyond, having visited over forty countries. Kallie has several creative interests like painting, sewing, and baking, while Tim enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and taking in city life with friends.
