Lisa Hayes serves as an Accounting Assistant within the Finance Department at CBM where she is responsible for local and international aspects of the organization’s accounts. One of her first jobs during her university days was as an accounts payable clerk. After earning her BSc degree in Biochemistry she worked in university research labs, followed by several years as a full-time homemaker. Lisa appreciates the irony that her career has come full circle with her current position being like her first. She has recently earned certificates in bookkeeping and payroll.

She is married and has two young adult children. Outside of work, Lisa is active in her church and enjoys reading, gardening, and baking.
