As a Program Officer with the International Partnerships department, Eugene oversees all CBM projects in Africa and the Middle East. His previous experience includes working with Tearfund Canada. He is an expert in Food & Nutrition Security, Poverty Alleviation, MEAL. He also oversees CBM’s Canadian Foodgrains Bank projects in Rwanda and Lebanon.

Eugene holds a Master of Science in Food & Nutrition Security and Natural Resource Management from the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart, Germany, where he specialized in Development Strategies within the Department of Agro-Economics. He has a master’s degree in Agro Economics and Rural Sociology from the University of Dschang, Cameroon.

Eugene is a dedicated family man, married and a father to three beautiful children. He actively engages in community activities with his church. He enjoys biking with his family, playing soccer, and watching movies together. He also enjoys African dishes and Toronto’s vibrant cuisine scene.
