Ella has been serving as National Field Staff since 2019. Her work is in a restricted area in East Asia where she trains and equips Christians in cross-cultural ministries. She leads missional initiatives such as Faith & Work ministry training and has developed courses for first-generation Christian leaders in rural churches to help them better understand the Bible.

Recently, there have been enormous changes in the area where Ella serves. People are moving from city to city or from one country to another, creating challenges in implementing church ministries. But it also provides opportunities for cross-cultural outreach. Ella is using these opportunities to help partners become more culturally sensitive in developing new ministries.
