Erica Kenny is the Discipleship Programs Facilitator. As part of the Church Engagement team, she will provide leadership to the strategic experiences within the SENT program. Her role includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation of this key immersive cross-cultural ministry as part of CBM’s global discipleship objectives.

Erica has a longstanding history with CBM as she served across Africa from 2006 – 2019 in various leadership roles. Since 2019, she served as Associate Pastor of Administration and Outreach at the Bridgewater Baptist Church in Nova Scotia before returning to CBM in this new role.

Erica and her husband, Aaron, have three young adult children. They live on the South Shore of Nova Scotia where they enjoy kayaking, biking, and hiking.
