This project aims to increase the capacity of our partner by improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational logistics such as communication and service delivery. Specific focuses will include the following: increasing computer skills and capabilities; strengthening government and legal relationships to be able to support churches in property ownership issues; and improving the infrastructure of retreat camps to increase profit potential of these centers. This is a timely project considering the current worsening socio-economic crisis in Cuba and a slight reorganization of the Cuban State aiming to expand the private sector in the Cuban economy.
