The overall goal of the Organizational Development project is to improve the capacity of the FEBAC organization to be able to perform more effective integral mission ministry. The 2024 component of this project will focus on theological training for FEBAC pastors, offering two separate, month-long seminars in Malakal Town in Upper Nile State. FEBAC has selected 20 pastors to attend this program. The theological training will be conducted using the BTCP training materials. At the end of the duration of study, the trainees will be awarded Certificates in Christian Ministry.
