John Chan is the Director of International Partnerships at CBM, where he leads both the Field Staff and International Programs teams. He and his wife, Ruth, served in Germany for nine years, focusing on outreach to Chinese students and diaspora before returning to Canada in 2017.

John holds academic qualifications in commerce, divinity, and theology. He enjoys a global palette of authentic ethnic cuisines and spends his leisure time reading, watching movies and sports, walking, and solving puzzles.
