Lilian Yang serves as Global Staff, collaborating closely with our local partners in the Golden Triangle region. Joining CBM in 2019, her primary responsibilities include supporting local ministries, particularly in theological education. She also assists our partners in project planning and implementation that promotes community development through local churches and organizations.   

She engages with local church ministries on weekends, preaching and leading Bible studies, and conducting weekly devotions. She also assists in coordinating SENT teams.   

Lilian has a Bachelor of Theology and a Master’s in Pastoral Ministry from Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary, as well as a Master of Divinity from China Evangelical Seminary, Taiwan. She is currently pursuing her Master of Theology in Old Testament from Logos Evangelical Seminary, USA.   

Lilian has a 14-year-old daughter, Sophia, with her husband, Joseph. Amidst her busy schedule with work, study and family, she enjoys reading.
