Patricia “Patty” Nacho Vargas is the Program Officer for Latin America in the International Partnership Department at CBM. She oversees initiatives across five countries: Bolivia, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. Her primary role involves working closely with partners and churches in these regions as they work within their communities.

Patty’s academic background is in Finance, a field in which she worked for several years before shifting her focus to Development Projects. Prior to joining CBM, she was involved with a Bolivian-Norwegian organization that collaborates with churches on an interdenominational level to implement development projects with a focus on Integral Mission.

Patty is passionate about sports, particularly volleyball. Patty has a sweet tooth and enjoys attending concerts and exploring her interest in the performing arts.
